INGREDIENTS
* 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
* 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
* salt and pepper to taste
* paprika to taste
* garlic powder to taste
* 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste
DIRECTIONS
1. Pierce potato wedges with a fork, and arrange in a single layer on a microwave safe plate. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and Parmesan.
2. Microwave on high for 10 minutes, or until cooked through; rotate the plate after 5 minutes if your microwave doesn’t have a rotating plate.

* 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
* 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
* 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
* 1 (1 ounce) package dry Ranch-style dressing mix
* 3/4 cup vegetable oil
* 1 1/2 (15 ounce) packages mini pretzels
DIRECTIONS
1. In a small bowl, mix together cayenne pepper, lemon pepper, garlic salt, ranch-style dressing mix and vegetable oil.
2. Place pretzels in a large, sealable plastic bag. Pour in mixture from bowl. Shake well. Allow pretzels to marinate in the mixture approximately 2 hours before serving. Shake occasionally to maintain coating.

* 12 (10 inch) flour tortillas
* 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
* 1 head lettuce
* 1 (6 ounce) package sliced deli-style turkey
* 2 cups shredded carrots
* 2 cups minced tomato
DIRECTIONS
1. Spread cream cheese evenly over the tortillas. Top the cream cheese with lettuce leaves. Arrange the turkey slices in even layers on top of the lettuce. Sprinkle the carrots and tomato over the turkey slices. Roll the tortillas into wraps. Cut the wraps diagonally into bite-sized pieces. Secure with toothpicks.
