INGREDIENTS
* 3 garlic cloves, minced
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 tablespoon fennel seed, crushed
* 1 tablespoon dried rosemary, crushed
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon pepper
* 1 (3 pound) boneless pork loin roast
DIRECTIONS
1. In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients; rub over pork roast. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. Place roast on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 1-1/2 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F, basting occasionally with pan juices. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.

INGREDIENTS
* 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed French onion soup
* 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
* 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
* 1 egg
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
* 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
* 1/4 cup ketchup
* 1/4 cup water
* 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
* 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
DIRECTIONS
1. In a large bowl, mix together 1/3 cup condensed French onion soup with ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt and black pepper. Shape into 6 oval patties.
2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown both sides of patties. Pour off excess fat.
3. In a small bowl, blend flour and remaining soup until smooth. Mix in ketchup, water, Worcestershire sauce and mustard powder. Pour over meat in skillet. Cover, and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

* 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
* 1 (8 ounce) package rigatoni pasta
* 1 (16 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
* 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of tomato soup
* 2 (14 ounce) jars pizza sauce
* 1 (8 ounce) package sliced pepperoni sausage
DIRECTIONS
1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and set aside. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Drain off grease.
3. In slow cooker, alternate layers of ground beef, noodles, cheese, soup, sauce and pepperoni.
4. Cook on Low setting for 4 hours.

* 1 (18.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
* 2 (16 ounce) packages vanilla frosting
* 3/4 cup chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs
* 24 chocolate covered graham cracker cookies
DIRECTIONS
1. Prepare and bake cake mix according to package directions for cupcakes.
2. In a medium bowl stir 1 package of frosting with the cookie crumbs. Frost cooled cupcakes.
3. Fill a pastry bag, fitted with a plain tip, with remaining white frosting. Write R.I.P. on each chocolate covered graham cracker cookie. Stand a decorated cookie on top of each cupcake so that it looks like a tombstone. Place the cupcakes on a large cookie sheet that has been covered with green paper. Place paper ghosts and bats randomly through the graveyard. Serve!
